The Sunside Treuhand und Verwaltungs AG was founded in 1984 with offices in Zurich and Laax. Since July 2016, Sunside Treuhand und Verwaltungs AG is 100% owned by Confidar Treuhand AG Ilanz.
Sunside is run as an independent company in Laax-Murschetg. Through the merger with Confidar, the group of companies Confidar / Sunside becomes one of the leading providers of property management, rentals and mediation of real estate in the region of Surselva. As a member of the Swiss Association of Real Estate Industry SVIT, we fulfil the high professional and ethical requirements that this professional organization demands of its members.
